Exit Coordonnées GPS: 46.398222, 13.566212, 2100m
Parking & trail start: 46.408548, 13.534557 (also a good place to camp). Follow tourist trail to the Cima, exit is just a small scramble down past the top. Rope at exit for convenience. Can also be hiked from Slovenian side (longer trail).
Remarque
Exit is on the Slovenia-Italy border (Slovenian territory inside Triglav National Park). The usual left line into Italy is legal and nice. 1100m total alti.
A much harder and committing right line into Slovenia (over a low saddle), landing in Log pod Mangartom, would be inside the Park (so technically illegal). 1400m total alti, if you make it...
